A Little About Me.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who takes a thoughtful and individualized approach to understanding each client's experiences, needs and goals. With over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, adults and families, I have supported people through a wide range of challenges and different stages of life. My background in Behavioural Psychology has played an important role in shaping how I understand people and the patterns that influence the way we think, feel and behave. It has given me a strong interest in understanding how these patterns develop over time and how they can influence the way we respond to ourselves, our relationships and the world around us.
I believe feeling comfortable and understood is an important part of the therapeutic process. I view therapy as a collaborative space where you can be open about what you're experiencing, explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns that may be affecting you. Together, we can work toward developing new coping strategies and meaningful changes that feel realistic and manageable.

My professional journey has given me the opportunity to learn from a wide range of experiences, both through my work and education. Over the years, I have continued to build on my knowledge through working with individuals and families in different settings and pursuing education in areas that have deepened my understanding of mental health, development and human behaviour. This includes training in Behavioural Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Infant and Early Child Mental Health, and Counselling Psychology. Together, these experiences have shaped the way I understand and approach my work with clients today.
Life outside of Therapy
When I’m not working, I enjoy travelling and spending time in warm, tropical destinations. I have always found the ocean and palm trees particularly calming and grounding, and I appreciate the slower pace and opportunity to recharge. I also enjoy baking and have a particular appreciation for a good sweet treat.
